Kansas City Southern Railway Links and Information
Here you can find lots of information and links to several excellent websites which are either based on or feature the Kansas City Southern. The reason why this information was not included on the previous page highlighting the KCS was simply to keep things more nice and tidy for you, the visitor. Anyway, I have visited all of the websites below and can attest to their worth. If you are after information and/or pictures about the KCS, you shouldn't be disappointed after visiting these websites! Kansas City Southern Railway: The official website of KCS. You can learn a bit more about the railroad there as well as contact them directly if you have any questions. Kansas City Southern Historical Society: The official historical society keeps alive the over 100-year history (and growing) of the Kansas City Southern Railway. They have a wealth of preserved information on the railroad and if you are ever interested in joining, as with all historical societies, they can always use more members! KCS Roster Information: Complete, up-to-date roster of the KCS courtesy of The Diesel Shop. KCS Photo Archive from RRPictureArchives.net: Another fine website that includes galleries of most fallen flags, including a large collection of KCS photos. KCS Photo Archive from George Elwood's Fallen Flags Website: In my humble opinion, the best archival database of fallen flag and current railroad photos on the Internet. Also, if you might be interested please visit, and consider joining our American Rails Forums; a family-friendly community where there are plenty of knowledgeable folks to help answer any questions you might have. Lastly, feel free to search the web or American Rails conveniently from the Google search box below if you're after more information on the Kansas City Southern. As always, if I can be of assistance in any way please do not hesitate to contact me!
