Lehigh Valley Railroad Links and Information

Here you can find information and links to several great websites which are either based on or feature the Lehigh Valley Railroad. The reason why this information was not included on the previous page highlighting the LV was simply to keep things more nice and tidy for you, the visitor.

Anyway, as with all websites featured across American Rails, I have visited those listed below and they are well worth visiting. If you are after information and/or pictures about the LV you should find these websites of great value.

SD45.com: Fine website which features galleries of many fallen flags, including the LV.

North East Rails: This website includes several roster shots of LV diesel locomotives.

Lehigh Valley Survivors: A friend of mine maintains this excellent website which details surviving LV equipment.

LV Photo Archive: It has been several years now since this web page was last updated but it includes a nice gallery of LV photographs from both the steam and diesel eras.

LV Photo Archive from RRPictureArchives.net: Another fine website that includes galleries of most fallen flags, including a collection of LV photos.

LV Photo Archive from George Elwood's Fallen Flags Website: In my humble opinion, the best archival database of fallen flag photos on the Internet.

Also, if you might be interested please visit, and consider joining our American Rails Forums; a family-friendly community where there are plenty of knowledgeable folks to help answer any questions you might have.

Lastly, feel free to search the web or American Rails conveniently from the Google search box below if you're after more information on the Lehigh Valley Railroad. As always, if I can be of assistance in any way please do not hesitate to contact me!
