USA by Rail is a comprehensive service covering rail travel in the USA and Canada. Along with its web resource USA by Rail also has a guidebook, now in its 7th edition. The guidebook keeps up-to-date information on traveling by train across the country and the author has logged many thousands of miles on the rails.
