After Christmas, and until the New Year, the railroad hosts two additional trips celebrating the season, the Victorian Holiday Celebration which features a daytime trip and Ebenezer Scrooge who regales guests with his ghostly visits from Christmas Past, Present and Future.

The nighttime Holiday Lighted Forest is similar to "Santa's Lighted Forest" but also features Mr. Scrooge while enjoying the Christmas lights.

Winter in the Rockies can be brisk, but cars are heated and comfortably appointed, with vintage charm and big windows for views.
