The Sip & Savor Express is the Virginia Scenic Railway’s flagship tasting product: a about three-hour guided wine or cider experience with artisan charcuterie, departing from either Louisa or Staunton. Each month features a different Virginia producer, so no two rides taste the same—excellent for Shenandoah Valley visitors who want local pours without a full dinner-train commitment.

What the Ride Is Like
Board for a nonstop tasting journey through Virginia countryside—Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge scenery depending on route and terminal. An onboard expert walks guests through tasting notes, production methods, and producer stories while charcuterie boards pair meats, cheeses, fruit, and accompaniments with each pour. Because the featured producer changes monthly, autumn foliage rides and spring rides can taste completely different.
